Quality Governance Officer
- Salary: Between £24,000 - £27,000
- North West based, Hybrid working
- Permanent - Working for a Healthcare Service Provider
The post holder with provider Clinical Governance and Quality support with Direction from the Director of Governance, working in a small teams.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Supporting Clinical Audit activity, supporting services and the quality governance team to embed service improvements;
- Administration of clinical guidelines;
- Proactively work with a wide range of healthcare professionals in the development of clinical audit projects;
- dertaking specific projects as appropriate;
- Implementing monitoring systems to ensure timely responses to actions.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Education to degree level or equivalent experience;
- Previous experience in clinical audit, compliance and delivering to deadlines;
- Experience of analysing, interpreting and presenting data;
- Demonstrable recent administrative/ Governance experience in a healthcare environment;
- Experience of writing reports and presenting data to diverse audiences;
- Ability to develop and manipulate information in databases and/or spreadsheets;
- Demonstrate good organisational / time management skills and be able work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Adept in the use of Microsoft Office software;
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
