Payroll & Reward Manager - Birmingham - £60000 - £65000 p.a Hybrid - 1 day per week in the office. The position also offers a 9 day working fortnight!
JGA are partnered with a leading business that are seeking a Payroll & Reward Manager to work with SLT in this strategic role.
- Responsibilities include developing the Payroll & Reward package to attract and retain employees.
- Tasked with reviewing and improving current payroll processes and procedures.
- Create and generate informative HR data reports.
- Requires strong payroll expertise; CIPP qualification preferred.
- Should have a passion for benefits/reward, payroll systems implementation/improvement, and HR reporting.
