Service Charge Accountant
Location: Southend on Sea, Essex - Office based no hybrid working
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
Duties:
- Prepare service charge budgets
- Working alongside other teams to ensure that budgets are realistic
- Dealing with account queries and budget preparation
- Prepare periodic reports
- KPI reports
- Analysis of income and expenditure
- Accruals and prepayments
- Ensure accounts are complete and queries are resolved in a timely manner
The ideal candidate will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, preferably with Service Charge experience.
