As the HR Business Partner you will be working closely with the Head of HR and the Business Unit Senior Team. You will be the main point of contact for both managers and colleagues on all people related topics.

  • Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner role include:
  • Provide HR functional expertise to the Business Unit, supporting the MD to make effective decisions that are compliant and protect the business.
  • Ensure online presence actively promotes their culture
  • Ensure the recruitment process facilitates hiring the right people
  • Develop and improve the onboarding process
  • Identify learning and development solutions
  • Inbound and outbound communications
  • Implement colleague engagement initiatives
  • Conduct regular salary benchmarking
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on policies and procedures.
