Customer Relationship Advisor
- Location: Northampton Town Centre
- Hours: 36 hours per week (including 2 Saturdays a month)

As a Customer Relationship Advisor, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement strategy. Your role is crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience with us.
Day to Day of the role:
- Engage proactively with customers through face-to-face interactions, outbound calls, and online channels to build meaningful relationships.
- Conduct in-depth customer review appointments to fully understand their needs and offer relevant solutions.
- Refer customers to Financial Advisers and inform them about products and services that could benefit them.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and uphold high standards in all customer interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience with the ability to upsell and achieve results.
- Strong communication skills, capable of holding challenging conversations.
- Self-motivated and proactive in engaging with customers.
- Aligned with our core values of accountability, curiosity, collaboration, and bravery.
- Target-oriented, comfortable with meeting and exceeding KPIs and SLAs.
- Experienced in telephone-based customer service.
- Skilled in managing difficult conversations, including handling vulnerabilities, bereavements, and complaints.
