This well-established and Chambers ranked Law firm has several well reputed offices nationally. The firm is looking to bring in a new Commercial Property Partner to its Oxford office.

As the Commercial Property Partner, you will have at 8+ years' PQE, be able to give expert comprehensive advice to both individuals and companies on a range of specialist Legal matters.

As the Commercial Property Partner, you will be expected to:

  • Manage a diverse caseload
  • Deliver high standards of client care and a first-class customer experience
  • Work commercially which is reflected in your case management and outcomes
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Achieve and deliver key outcomes both for the client and the firm

The successful Commercial Property Partner will have the ability to work across a broad range of Commercial Property transactions including Freehold and Leasehold Sales and Acquisitions, Commercial Leases, Refinance Work (including portfolios), Development Land Acquisitions and Sales, and Agricultural Land Transactions.

As the Commercial Property Partner, you will work closely with Senior Management and Partners to set the strategic agenda and tone for the department, working collaboratively with your colleagues to collectively achieve aspirational outcomes.
