Your new role
As Financial Planning Accountant you will be responsible for long term financial planning and ensuring that the association's cashflow and treasury position remains on track.
You will use the BRIXX software package to formulate the plans.
- Development of robust Treasury policies and procedures delivering cash flow forecasting and a robust treasury risk management control environment.
- Lead, develop and maintain the Group's Long Term financial plans conducting sensitivity analysis and stress testing ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with funders, investors, regulators and other external stakeholders including HMRC.
- Lead on cashflow forecast to ensure long term liquidity.
- Lead the organisation's treasury and tax functions ensuring there is a robust system for the monitoring and reporting of investment, funding and treasury activity.
- Develop solutions to any planning, treasury or banking issues which arise.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an accountant with extensive experience of using BRIXX financial planning software in a housing association setting.
You'll have the ambition to progress your career and play a leading role in the finance team.
