- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment for the IT department.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and communications as required.
- Assist with organizing IT-related events, training sessions, and workshops.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- *Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with basic IT terminology and concepts is a plus.
