About the role

As a Talent Pool Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in building future-fit talent pipelines that align with our long-term attraction strategy. You'll use innovative sourcing techniques and CRM marketing to identify, engage, and nurture high-potential candidates - championing both skills-based hiring and diversity goals. You'll work collaboratively with key stakeholders and teams across the business to ensure our talent pools are active, inclusive, and delivering results.

What you can expect day to day as a Talent Pool Partner

  • Identifying and sourcing future-ready candidates through screening calls and inviting them into talent pools.
  • Marketing tailored content to candidate audiences using social platforms, email campaigns, direct outreach, and our advanced recruitment CRM.
  • Acting as the go-to expert on the talent pool strategy - bringing insights on candidate landscapes, sourcing tools, and attraction trends.
  • Partnering with Hiring Managers to demo CRM capability, track talent pool health, and increase the conversion of talent to hires.
  • Collaborating with outreach programmes to drive greater diversity and equity across our talent communities.
  • Working alongside Employer Brand to continuously refine CRM communications that improve candidate engagement and drive applications.
  • Sharing market intelligence and competitor insight from screening conversations to help shape broader workforce planning efforts.
  • Keeping talent pool candidates warm through tailored job matching, regular updates, and insight-led communication.
