Are you looking for a new role? I am recruiting for a Marketing Administrator in the Chelmsford area. This role will require the applicant to assist the companies trade clients with product related questions and general customer service, order processing and addressing customer product and account issues. Additionally, maintaining website, social media, Marketing and Digital Marketing.
Full-time: 37.5 hours
Driving licence: Yes
Pay: £25,000 - £30,000
In office 5x a week
The Role:
- First point of call for all incoming trade customer calls, to deal with customer orders and general requirements
- Processing sales orders
- Organising and booking in deliveries
- Assist in creative ways for delivering excellent customer service
- Website maintenance
- Social media marketing
- Digital marketing
- Create presentations for customers using PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop
