HR Business Partner - 12 months FTC

Milton Keynes

£50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience + 10% Bonus, PHI, Pension

Our market-leading client is looking to secure the services of a HR Business Partner. This is a hands-on strategic role and part of the group leadership team. Focused on all aspects of HR, this true business partnering role will help the business in developing and retaining the talent needed to scale the business rapidly and achieve the organisation's goals. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will act as the lead for the Group's positive culture and progressive values

Key requirements for the HR Business Partner role:

  • Partner with Group Leadership to achieve HR goals
  • Define our talent development and colleague engagement model
  • Develop Group HR policies and processes to support best-practice
  • Lead and coach the business with compassion and empathy through change and transformation
  • Act as an organizational coach, who builds capabilities, reduces complexity and maximizes team performance
  • Handle direct recruitment efforts
  • Provide HR support and advice to all colleagues
  • Develop and drive our Environmental, Social and Governance approach and initiatives across the group
  • Co-ordinate with our PLC's central HR team to share, learn and drive best practices
  • Drive HR acquisition due diligence and post-acquisition activities
  • Handle direct recruitment efforts

Skills & experience of a HR Business Partner role:

  • Strategic HR decisions, assessing leadership talent and effectively interfacing with high-level business and operations leaders
  • Continuous improvement oriented - has familiarity with lean and change management principles and how to apply them to HR
  • Embraces and thrives on challenge and stretch goals
  • Passion for innovative HR digital solutions and process improvement
  • Strong analytical skills; able to draw conclusions and manage actions
