About the firm:
An award-winning, multi-office practice are seeking a Conveyancer and/or Legal Executive to come and join their thriving residential property department on a full-time, permanent basis. This firm have established a strong local presence in North Manchester, with 3 offices in and around Oldham.
What will the role involve?
Reporting to the Head of Department, you will manage and build your own case load of transactional residential property files and further build and develop the caseload and relationships with clients. You will be expected to prepare contracts, correspondence and legal documents using Case Management.
What can you bring to the team?
You will ideally have around 3+ years PQE or equivalent experience and a proven track record of handling a busy residential property case load with a varied case load of purchases, sales, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, land matters in both freehold, leasehold titles for both registered and unregistered property. You must also be willing to network and build local connections – so business development skills are essential!
What can they offer you?
