Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Support individual students and small groups with their learning needs.
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Prepare and organize classroom materials and resources.
- Supervise students during breaks and extracurricular activities.
- Foster a love of learning and curiosity in all students.
What We're Looking For:
- Passion for Education: A genuine interest in working with children and supporting their educational journey.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with students and colleagues.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time and classroom tasks efficiently.
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
