Salary: up to £75,000 per annum

Working as part of the Senior Leadership team, the Head of Manufacturing will oversee all aspects of the manufacturing operations with a focus on continuous improvement and championing a customer-centric culture.

Responsibilities of the Head of Manufacturing will include:
- Responsible for the Manufacturing department's annual budgets
- Lead,motiveand develop a diverse team
- Identify areas of weakness and drive manufacturing efficiencies to be best in class
- Implement continuous improvement measures to optimise production efficiencies
- Implement measures to enhance product quality, delivery timelines, and overall customer satisfaction
We would be keen to speak with Heads of Manufacturing / Senior Operation professionals who have the following skills and experience:
- Management qualification
- Previous leadership experience within a high volume environment
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence teams
