In your role as a Support Worker at the new CrossReach Residential Recovery Service, you will be part of this amazing working with individuals to provide crucial support through each person's unique recovery journey. Your primary goal is to help those we support achieve the highest possible quality of life, making a significant difference in their recovery process.

This position demands a deep passion for and understanding of the individuals you support. You will need to look beyond behaviours to recognize the person behind them, building strong, supportive relationships. Creativity and problem-solving skills will be essential, as you will be tasked with finding innovative ways to help residents achieve their goals and address any challenges that arise.

The Highland Residential Recovery Service, funded by the Scottish Government's Rapid Residential Rehabilitation Capacity Program, is a newly established facility set to open later this year. By providing timely support, we enhance recovery outcomes and foster positive community contributions.

To be successful in this role, we would love you to hold an SVQ Level 3, however, if you don't we will support you to achieve this.
