JOB TITLE: Customer Service Advisor
LOCATION: Tenterden, Kent
SALARY: £12ph to £13ph
TERM: 2 months minimum
HOURS: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Office Angels are proud to be supporting this expanding business in their search for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor. Their offices are based in rural Tenterden so ideally you will have your own transport for an easy commute to and from work. This is temporary position starting immediately for a minimum of 2 months, however this could be extended for the right person.
The key duties and requirements are:
- Based in a busy Customer Service team handling a range of enquiries
- Answering high volumes of calls from customers
- Checking customer information on the CRM
- Updating records and handling confidential information
- Responding to emails or forwarding to the right department
- Escalating calls or complaints as needed
- General administration such as scanning documents and filing
We'd love to speak to candidates who:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Can commit to a 2 month temporary position
