Audit Manager

Reed Practice are seeking an Audit Manager to join our client based in Watford and contribute to the growth of the firm. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of medium to large clients, including some groups, and playing a key role in business development and networking.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a full portfolio of medium to large clients
- Reviewing files and highlighting key issues to the audit RI.
- Liaising with clients in a professional manner.
- Setting budgets and negotiating fees with clients.
- Raising invoices and managing billing profiles.
- Monitoring delivery against budgets and identifying causes of overruns.
- Conducting reviews and identifying training needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ACA or ACCA qualification.
- At least 2 years of post-qualified audit experience .
- Strong knowledge of UK GAAP.
- IT competency, ideally with experience in CaseWare or similar packages.
- Excellent communication skills..
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
