This exciting role is with a BLUE CHIP company dealing with Away From Home - Snacks/Crisps, as a National Account Executive (60-70% field-based role) within the FMCG industry. The successful candidate will have experience being customer-facing, rapport building and ideally within the Foodservice/Buying Groups/Wholesale sectors (either food or drinks background).

Description
The successful National Account Executive (AFH - Direct Foodservice Accounts) will:
- Own agenda and lead the execution across your direct Foodservice customer base, incorporating JBPs to grow core business and expand brand footprint across Independent Foodservice
- Own and develop customer wiring plans in collaboration with the Direct Foodservice NAM (including Buyers, Marketing, Telesales, Sales Team engagement).
- Execute marketing programmes, NPD and core range initiatives in line with channel strategy whilst driving the digital agenda within your customers.
- Manage and develop cross-functional and AFH sub-channel relationships both internally and externally, representing customer and channel at key internal forums.
- Support the development of the terms structure and revenue models in collaboration with internal x-functional teams.
- Lead the strategy to win new business in partnership with your customers and New Business team, lead and own the tender renewals across customer base.
- Own monthly reporting across both internal and external metrics to track, diagnose and course correct performance.
- Experience with face to face customer meetings as well as back house, admin (excel, pivot tables, and powerpoint is necessary).
Day to day? What does this look like?
Usually 3 x days out on the road, per week - you will be meeting directly with End Users/Wholesalers within the Foodservice Channel.
The role is National and you will be given a Company Car.

- Well-developed analytical skills, combined with strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong ability to prioritise and multi-task
Job Offer
