Description

  • Coordinate and oversee the entire logistics process from order placement to delivery.
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, 3PL, and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and optimal storage conditions.
  • Process shipping documentation and ensure compliance with international regulations.
  • Monitor and track shipments, providing real-time updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Resolve any logistical issues promptly and effectively, maintaining customer satisfaction.

Profile

  • You must have immediate availability to start work.
  • Proven experience in a logistics role, preferably within the luxury food or FMCG sector.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric mindset.
