Graduate Studio Coordinator Adidas

Role:

The Graduate Studio Coordinator role sits within the Adidas Design Team.This role is based in our London Head Office 5 days per week.

Role Description & Responsibilities:

  • To support the team with ad hoc administration requests such as organising collections, assets, materials and ordering folders and sketch books when required
  • To stay up to date with Stella McCartney and Adidas product and design knowledge including learning about innovative materials, and working with the best innovators
  • To develop an understanding and knowledge of accessories, footwear and apparel, the design process and the in-house approach at Stella McCartney x Adidas
  • To support with mood boards and keeping up to date with research and industry trends.
  • To assist the licensing team with SMS sample arrival, organising and hanging samples.
  • To assist the senior design team with proformas when sending parcels to Germany/Adidas Head Office
  • To manage and organise the apparel archive
  • To ensure that important milestone presentation decks are saved, and dates are plotted in the outlook calendar for the team, book the boardroom for meetings when required and act as note taking for key meetings (for example: ACC)
  • To help build presentation decks for design reviews, recolouring prints and CADs
  • To ensure that FDR presentation decks are documented which includes final colour, print, trim and graphic charts.
  • To liaise with the Adidas team for sample arrival lists and highlight which samples are late/will not arrive
  • To organise critical reviews, samples, boards, cross checking against packing lists ensuring team members have their respective tech packs printed and to liaise with the studio to organise the transfer of samples/boxes from Head Office to the styling shoot and post critical reviews ensure everything is full re-organised

  • Able to prioritise tasks and identify quick wins.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Proficiency in Design Software (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Ability to do hand drawings is not essential but desirable.
  • Fluent in English, additional languages advantageous.
