We are seeking a HR Business Partner for a Non-Profit organisation in Harpenden. The position is being offered full time on a 3-year fixed term contract.
Main responsibilities:
- Deliver strategic HR business support to align staff management with long-term organizational goals.
- Enhance diversity and inclusion to foster a workplace where every individual feels valued and empowered.
- Influence and shape the employee experience by focusing on their interactions and perceptions throughout their employment journey.
- Contribute to institute-wide HR projects that advance the strategic People and Culture agenda, ensuring policies and practices support the organization's vision and objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a business partner
- Sound working knowledge of employment law
- Ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload
