Salary: £27,000 per annum - £29,000 per annum.

As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's warehouse and inventory management processes.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Performing administrative duties related to specific customers, such as sales order creation, invoicing, and goods received.
  • Processing and administering imports and exports to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Identifying areas of improvement and adjusting work procedures and practises accordingly.
  • Advising customers on stock availability and estimated time of arrival, guaranteeing high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory transactions and ensuring the accuracy of shipments.
  • Organising and maintaining inventory and storage areas.
  • Interacting with internal stakeholders and acting as a liaison between manufacturers and colleagues.

To excel in this role, you will need to have:

  • Knowledge of warehouse software packages, particularly Sage 200, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Proven work experience with Stock Levels.
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong data input skills.
