They are now looking for an Amazon Marketplace Executive to join the team.
Successful candidates will be specialists at developing, growing and maintaining an e-commerce platform- specifically Amazon.
Your Responsibilities:
- Create engaging, high-quality content showcasing products in the best possible way for customers
- Build and execute a plan to drive sales growth within the Amazon marketplace using keywords and marketing campaigns
- Create and implement marketplace strategy, management, forecasts and results. Key objectives include but are not limited to customer metrics and overall account health and performance.
- Day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations, customer service management, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance.
- Drill down into marketing channels and site performance metrics to explain variances to business which can be used in critical decision making of the business.
- Ensure marketplace copy and metadata are fully optimized to maximize traffic from search engines
- SEO efforts including keyword research, site audits, page and site level optimization, link building, and competitive assessment
What we're looking for:
- An overall passion for e-commerce; you are keen to learn and grow
- Experience in Amazon e-commerce marketplace (Other marketplaces are a plus)
- Experience with e-commerce marketing and digital sales drivers within the Amazon marketplace
- Demonstrable understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, reporting and content management systems and processes
- University degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of e-commerce customers, channels and the ability to manage within their expectations.
- Proactive, well-organized, and strong attention to detail
- Ability to think on your feet with a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High computer literacy and the ability to learn new software
- Proven work ethic
