Our client is launching an exclusive luxury Africa Safari product. They are looking for their inaugural sales expert to join this exciting start-up team.
Luxury Africa Safari Sales Consultant - What will I be doing?
This is a unique chance to be a part of a start-up, introducing a high-end Africa Safari experience. As the Sales Specialist, you will deliver a premium, personalised service to clients leveraging your deep knowledge and firsthand experience of Africa, you will create unforgettable journeys that exceed expectations, encouraging repeat and referral business.
You will also be building relationships with suppliers and DMCs across the region.
You will give a comprehensive service to the customers from start to finish including all documentation.
Luxury Africa Safari Sales Consultant - What experience do I need?
- It is critical that you have several years' experience of tailor-making luxury African safaris across South and East Africa as well as having visited the region.
- A passion for this part of the world is an absolute must.
- You will be the only salesperson initially so must have a good overall commercial awareness and outstanding customer service.
- We are looking for someone who has the drive and determination that a startup requires - there will be lots of opportunity to grow in this role as the brand becomes established.
Luxury Africa Safari Sales Consultant - What else do I need to know?
This role can be based anywhere - you will be fully remote. The hours are totally flexible - initially this is a part time role - probably between 24 - 30 hours a week and there is flexibility on how this looks across the week.
The salary is dependent on experience but will comprise of a very competitive Basic salary plus bonus scheme according to performance.
Although a start up the owners already run a successful travel business and have many years' experience in this field so are excited to appoint someone to start this new chapter with them.
