Exciting opportunity for an experienced IT support professional to join a progressive and innovative legal practice with offices in Kent and London!

Role Overview:

Joining a motivated team, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing 1st and 2nd line support to end users
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Assisting with equipment setup/ experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Conducting routine maintenance checks
  • Ensuring system security and compliance
  • Training staff
  • Creating and maintaining user guides
  • Liaising with third-party vendors
  • Participating in various projects
  • Performing other duties as required
  • Microsoft Office Suite

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in IT support, preferably within a professional or legal environment. They should be proactive and possess excellent communication skills.
