Role Overview:
- Assist solicitors in resolving complex commercial disputes, including contract, shareholder, and partnership disputes.
- Support in professional negligence and intellectual property claims.
- Engage in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), such as mediation and arbitration.
- Work with diverse clients, including national housebuilders, sports organisations, and wealth management firms.
Requirements:
- Experience in litigation or commercial disputes.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work within a team.
