Senior Facilities Coordinator

Up to £32,000 per annum DOE
40 hours per week
Join our client's dynamic and thriving organisation as a Senior Facilities Coordinator in Manchester. We are seeking an experienced professional to provide various FM services to the business, its staff, and its visitors. You will support the Facilities Manager in facilitating successful working relationships and act as the interface between the core business and FM providers. With a focus on service quality, you will help develop and implement changes to contracted services and drive best practise FM.
Responsibilities:
- Line manage a small team
- Delegate work and ensure all deadlines are met
- Deal with any escalated issues
- Set up for meetings and manage room bookings
- Document management including printing, filing, binding
- Manage all contracts including negotiation and onboarding new suppliers
- Book contractors and oversee any repairs
- Support with fire safety and first aid training
- Respond to queries and issues promptly
- Manage stationary orders and kitchen stock
The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
- Previous experience working in a senior facilities role
- Ability to demonstrate excellent people management skills
- Experience working in a corporate environment
- Excellent administration skills including document management
- Willingness to help at all times
- Positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
