Quality Administrator

Quality Administrator required for a new, permanent role in the Durham area. This is a full-time role with an immediate start for the right person.

The Role

Working in a small friendly team, you will assist in the coordination of training and development. This is an admin role, and duties will include: scanning and storage of documents; maintaining accurate records for all QA documents within document management systems - field view and viewpoint and the provision of some support to the Health & Safety team as required.

A new role in the business, it is anticipated that the successful applicant will assist in the development and maintenance of all relevant management system including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and ISO 45001

Working closely with the Audit Manager, you will support them with office and site-based audits and ensure monthly tasks are completed to meet deadlines.

Using your strong communication skills, you will liaise with stakeholders including site based management and other teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30-5.00

The Person

Applicants must be strong administrators with great IT skills. They must also be confident, organised and professional in their approach.

Remuneration

£22,300 to £23,000 per annum.
