The Role:

They are looking for an energetic and self-driven Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team. In this role, you will focus on Business Development (BD), working closely with clients within the Power, Energy, Utilities, Renewables, and Sustainability sectors. As a remote-based role, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK while making a meaningful impact in these industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Business Development (BD) efforts by identifying and building relationships with potential clients within Power, Energy, Utilities, and Renewables sectors.
  • Leverage your industry knowledge and network to proactively source, engage, and match top-tier candidates with leading organisations.
  • Maintain a consultative approach with clients, offering tailored recruitment strategies and industry insights.
  • Work autonomously, managing your pipeline and targets effectively to ensure continued growth and success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment delivery and exceed client expectations.

About You:

  • Proven Experience: You have a strong track record in recruitment within the Power, Energy, Utilities, Renewables, or Sustainability sectors.
  • BD Focused: You are a skilled business developer, confident in generating new leads and establishing long-term client relationships.
  • Self-Starter: You thrive in a remote work environment, are highly motivated, and can manage your time effectively to meet targets.
