Technical Product Advisor Dudley Permanent Salary: Up to £28k (Depending on experience)
Do you have an interest in technology/electronics and a passion for a Customer Service based role?
You may have retail sector experience in a similar role with a good background knowledge of technical products!
This is a brand-new role that has evolved due to growth and ongoing success, an opportunity for you to demonstrate your technical ability in an office-based role.
We need someone ambitious that can drive the business forward, a knowledge or interest in photography/video would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and explore product range - writing key features of the product range.
- Understand pros and cons of the competitor market with the ability to find the selling point and advantages to the customer.
- Streamline new product launches.
- Liaising with the marketing team.
- Taking product photos and short videos when required for marketing purposes.
- Product advice for both photo and video stocks for phone and walk in enquiries.
- Reply to any technical questions raised by the customer, finding solution to queries.
About you:
- Passionate about technology
- Previous office based experience
- Interest in photographic equipment
- Excellent customer service skills
- You will be required to travel nationally for exhibitions and demos (approx. 1-3 times per month - expenses will be paid).
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00 am to 5.00 pm
