We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Qualified Management Accountant to join a dynamic finance team for a client based on the outskirts of Stoke-on-Trent. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing financial support and analysis to drive business growth. Salart on offer £45,000 - £50,000, hybrid working is on offer with the opportunity to work from home at least twice a week!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements.
- Ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial accounting software.
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is desirable.
