A fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile leisure company as Executive Assistant to the company CEO has just become available! Based in Manchester, the successful applicant will provide outstanding support to the CEO to ensure the smooth-running of the business.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Complex diary management
- International travel arrangement, including arranging visas, travel and accommodation across multiple time zones
- Stakeholder management, including creating board packs and reports to send to international stakeholders
- Act as an ambassador for the brand
- Organise and oversee company events
- Other supportive duties when required
Prospective applicants must have previous experience providing executive support at C-Suite level for a company with international reach, ideally within a similar sector. Applicants must have outstanding organisation and communication skills, be adaptable and able to manage multiple deadlines.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required due to the company sector, so applicants must be able to work flexibly.
