Are you a hands-on, safety-conscious individual with experience in production and warehouse operations? We're looking for a proactive and reliable Site Operative to join a dynamic team in Coventry.
**About the Role
As a Site Operative, you'll play a key role in supporting both production and warehouse functions to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and safely. You'll be responsible for operating machinery, handling materials, maintaining stock, and upholding high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
**Key Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Load/unload containers, tankers, and raw materials
- Conduct stock control, labelling, and inventory checks
- Ensure safe disposal of waste chemicals and manage returns
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment
- Follow all EHS and quality control procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
**What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a production/warehouse environment
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
- REACH licence would be beneficial but not a problem if not.
- Strong understanding of EHS procedures
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office and warehouse systems)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in written and spoken English

- Experience with tanker off-loading
