Excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer with experience using Autodesk Inventor to join a market leading company and a small team of design engineers.
On offer is to work alongside the Managing Director and become an expert in your field working in a niche industry. You will be upskilled through on the job training and supported throughout your career.
The well-established company specialise in producing bespoke machinery, such as packaging conveyor systems for the food and drink industry. They aim to maintain their market leading status by growing the team to enable them to meet the demands of an expanding workload.
You will be involved with the full life cycle from designing to developing the full product including conveyor systems and mechanical handling machinery. You will occasionally be required to travel to various customer sites, to inspect the machinery and liaise with stakeholders.
This role would suit a Mechanical Design Engineer, looking to work on bespoke projects for blue chip clients. You will need to have a Mechanical Design Engineering qualification and be able to use Autodesk Inventor.

The Role :
- Working on projects from beginning to completion
- Designing bespoke packing machinery
- Liaising with clients with occasional site visits as required
- Monday to Friday (8am-4:30pm)
