Due to internal movement, our client is looking for a temporary Facilities Administrator to support their Maintenance and Facilities team on an ongoing basis at the moment.
What the administrator job involves
- Managing a busy inbox with maintenance requests coming through
- Arranging for the facilities team to go out to multiple sites to see the work that needs to be completed
- Requesting Purchase Orders for each job, arranging timescales for work to be completed, and the cost of the job
- Checking the job has been completed and to the correct standard
- Matching the invoice to the purchase order
Skills required
- Good communication both written and verbal
- Highly organised and able to manage a busy workload.
- Computer literate with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Other information
- This could be a full or part time job depending on the candidate
- Car parking is available
- Working in a small and friendly team
