**Your New Role

  • A passionate and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in digital marketing
  • You will have a desire to become a channel expert and you thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experienced with a range of media technology such as the programmatic landscape, Adservers (Doubleclick & Flashtalking), Viewability and Brand Safety products
  • Comfortable talking about the range of media opportunities and creative formats in the market, across all screens/devices
  • Has an eye for data and analytics with an ability to pull out insights and translate these to all levels

About You

  • Lead the day to day running of Aldi's display and video activity
  • Working with the media agency to develop monthly media schedules across display and video channels that align with wider Marketing & Comms messaging
  • Working with the creative agency to develop creative which is suitable for the respective digital environment
  • Coordinate agencies to ensure all aspects of a campaign are delivered on time
  • Presenting media plans to key stakeholders within the business, and providing recommendations on media best practice for display and video channels
  • Reporting on campaign performance, including learnings and recommendations for next steps
  • Ownership of the test and learn plan for Display & Video channels
  • Managing relationships with 3rd parties and agencies
  • A minimum of 2 years' digital media experience working within a media agency or client side
  • Understanding of digital media KPIs and how to translate into actionable outcomes
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Analytical thinker with a drive to understand and deliver against ROI targets
  • Experience in Display, Online Video, Programmatic and Mobile media channels
  • Digital media analytics and reporting
  • Understanding creative best practice in Display and Online Video channels
  • Experience developing creative for digital environments
  • Degree educated or equivalent
