Day-to-day tasks of the role:

  • Team Leadership & Development:

  • Drive the team to consistently meet and exceed call and sales targets.

  • Manage, mentor, and motivate the internal sales team.

  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members are well-versed in the benefits of services provided

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to promote services to potential clients.

  • Identify and optimise sales opportunities through lead generation, customer outreach, and upselling or cross-selling to existing clients.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant UK and EU laws.

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Oversee the sales team's use of CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and report sales performance.

  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.

  • Market & Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on developments in stem cell research, regulatory changes, and competitors' offerings.

  • Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, potential challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Adjust strategies based on market feedback and performance.
