Menu Integration Administrator

We are looking for a Menu Integration Administrator to join our friendly team!

You will be responsible for management of data input to the EPOS system, ensuring correct link up from menu management system to the till display and digital customer menus, and ensuring all new site EPOS displays the correct range and pricing.

What you'll be doing...

Key Accountabilities:

  • Set up EPOS templates for new sites using the Lolly EPOS system.
  • Ensure clean data input for ease of analysis.
  • Establish till rotation schedules for each site.
  • Manage creation of promotions and discounts.
  • Complete StarChef training to understand the menu management data source.
  • Use TenKites to manage dish modifiers and ensure correct association with menu items by site.
  • Input site-specific pricing at go-live.
  • Liaise with operations, technology, commercial, and menu management teams for accurate data in Lolly.
  • Collaborate with the mobilization team and attend weekly calls before site go-live.
  • Implement a system for master information submission and ongoing change requests.
  • Support ad-hoc information requests from the business.

Measures of Success:

  • Demonstrate a good understanding of Lolly, TenKites, and the StarChef data feed.
  • Proactively liaise with Technology, Finance, Commercial, Menu Management, and Operations departments.
  • Ensure policies, processes, procedures, and user guides are followed.
  • Assist in verifying job-related documentation as needed.
  • Complete data uploads efficiently and accurately, flagging discrepancies immediately.
  • Continuously seek areas for improvement and question current methods for efficiency.

The location will be South, mainly remote but with the ability to travel into the City office roughly once per month and sites when required.

What can you bring?

Skills & Experience:

  • IT literate with intermediate MS Excel skill level
  • Understanding of online database management
  • Ideally experience of online database management
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines
  • Excellent Time Management Skills
  • Flexible working to accommodate system updates / testing / re-configuration (Occasional out of hours working required)
  • Project Management Qualification (desirable)
