What you will do:
As part of the agricultural law team (on the NFU panel), you will handle your own matters advising on non-contentious high-value and complex farming and land transactions. In addition, you will collaborate with both your team and other specialist areas across the firm (including energy and development).
What experience is required:
- Farm and land sales/purchases
- Country house sales/purchases
- Refinance work
- Receiverships of rural property
- Easements and licenses
- Rural tenancies
