Customer Service Assistant - High Wycombe - Permanent - £20,000 to £20,500 per annum plus benefits!
A global company who specialise in electrical components are looking for a personable and highly motivated individual to join their team in their High Wycombe Head Office!
What to Expect
- The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing service excellence and supporting department objectives by entering and retrieving data through custom or other software, and supporting customer service initiatives.
- Provides the best possible service and support to customers through mediums such as web, email, chat and fax
- Processes customer orders, quotes and other information by entering into company systems
- Researches and expedites customer requests
- Supports the local Service & Sales team, and provides support for other teams when needed
What We Are Looking For
- Initial experience in customer support and/or data entry
- Desire and ability to interact directly with customers and carry out correspondences in a professional and courteous manner
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English - additional European languages are a plus
- Profound MS Office skills, experience with an ERP system would be helpful
- Ability to work under deadlines and interact with people at all levels
