Overview:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a bright and capable Graduate Engineering Analyst (STEM subjects) looking to develop a career within Supportability Engineering. This will be an exciting three year Graduate placement working for a Consultancy based in Reading. You will work within a supportive team environment and have the opportunity to receive industry recognised training and certification. As your experience grows, so does your salary - initially starting on a salary of £32,000, the Company conducts regular salary reviews and this can increase to c£47,000 by the end of the placement!

Initially focusing on data modelling and IT communications engineering, you will have the opportunity to progress through to assisting with the design of information and communication products. Once you've gained a real understanding of our client's service offering, you'll have the chance to work on client facing engagements and build your consulting skills. There will be opportunities to travel and attend meetings at customer sites across the UK.

Requirements:

  • Educated to at least 2:1 degree standard in a STEM subject. Mechanical Engineering, Maths and Physics are the most sought-after.
  • Maths A Level or equivalent would be advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively
  • Valid UK driving Licence and transport, or learning to drive currently
  • Confident user of MS Office applications, including MS Excel analysis techniques
