we are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to support our client's human resources department. The successful candidate will excel at coordinating administrative functions and providing exceptional support to our employees.

Client Details

Our client is an established leader in the industrial and manufacturing sector. They are seeking a HR administrator to join their busy HR team based in Sittingbourne with travel to other sites in Kent!

Description

  • Manage HR documents (employment records, onboarding guides) and input accurate data into digital databases.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and liaising with potential candidates.
  • Support the payroll process and resolve any pay-related queries.
  • Organise staff training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation.
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like the collection of employee feedback.
  • Support other assigned functions as necessary in the HR department.

Profile

A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • CIPD level 3 qualified or studying towards
  • Previous experience within a HR department
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR software
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A solid understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
