Catch 22 are working with an Education provider who is currently on the look out for an Experience Facilities Officer to work in SW1Y
Working hours are between 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm
This is a 3 months temporary cover (could be extended)
Pay £14 an hour
Duties include;
- Experience in hard and soft services
- Managing contractors on site
- Managing contracts
- Audits and compliance
- PPM'S to be completed
- Must be familiar with the action to be taken in the event of a fire and acquainted with the operation of fire extinguishing equipment.
- The Facilities Officer is also responsible for monitoring for signs of damp or other damage, and rodents or other infestations.
- Be responsible for opening up and locking up the building on request
- Supporting the team
- Sticking to health and safety
Desired;
- Health and Safety (Training provided if not)
Must come from a Facilities background
