Salary: GBP130 - GBP140 per day depending on qualifications
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 am 9 am and 2:30 pm 6:30 pm

We are looking for a self-motivated and dedicated Before, After School & Holiday Club Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our out-of-school hours clubs.

Your Role:

As the Before, After School & Holiday Club Manager, you will be responsible for managing our out-of-school provision and creating a positive space for children to thrive.

Your key responsibilities include:

Programme Management: Plan, organise, and implement engaging activities for children aged 3-11, ensuring they are inclusive and safe.

Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage club staff, conducting regular meetings and ensuring that staffing ratios are maintained.

Health & Safety: Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining accurate records and addressing incidents promptly.

Parental Engagement: Communicate effectively with parents and carers, responding to any concerns or queries.

Administration: Manage bookings, payments, and club finances, and provide regular reports to the school leadership team.

What Were Looking For:
We are seeking a proactive and organised individual with the following qualifications and skills:

Essential:
NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.
Experience working with children aged 5-11 in a similar setting.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Commitment to safeguarding children.

Desirable:
Previous experience in a managerial role.
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
Experience in budgeting and financial management.
Paediatric First Aid and Food Hygiene certificates.

Eligibility Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must:

Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
Have an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the online update service (or be willing to process a new application).
Provide two professional references related to working with children.
