We are seeking Teaching Assistants who:
Are Supportive: Provide individualised support to students across different year groups and within the resource base.

Compassion: Show empathy and understanding towards children with additional needs.

Job Specification:
Role: Assist teachers in delivering lessons and activities, providing one-to-one and small group support as required.
Support: Aid in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and provide support to children with special educational needs.
Assistance: Help prepare resources, maintain classroom order, and support classroom management.
Feedback: Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and engagement.
