Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing audit assignments for a varied client portfolio
  • Reviewing and supervising the work of junior staff members
  • Ensuring all audit files are completed in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering excellent client service
  • Assisting with business development opportunities and supporting the firm's growth
  • Preparing and presenting reports to clients and senior management

Requirements

  • ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent, with relevant post-qualification experience
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of auditing standards and regulations
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor junior staff members
  • Excellent communication skills and client-focused approach
  • Willingness to travel to client sites when required
