We have an exciting opportunity for 2 talented individuals to join our client's dynamic team as Plumbers/Multi Trade Operatives. ????
?? Position: Plumbers/Multi Trade Operatives
�? Organisation: Public Sector (Social Housing)
?? Hourly Rate: Starting from £21
?? Driving Required: Yes
?? Key Responsibilities:
Undertake general maintenance and refurbishment tasks in occupied and/or void properties.
Conduct repairs, including bathroom and kitchen replacements, FRA works, UPVC window replacements, locksmithing, flooring, tiling, plaster repairs, joinery, and more.
Complete pre-planned appointments and emergency repairs promptly and to a high-quality standard.
Update work completion using handheld devices (PDA) and report additional works as necessary.
Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, maintain a clean working environment, and represent our client professionally.
�? Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 (minimum) in Plumbing or equivalent City & Guilds in at least one trade.
Construction Skills Certification Scheme card (preferred but not essential with the formal qualification).
Recognised Health and Safety qualifications/training.
Previous experience in maintenance and/or capital work in a multi-trade or domestic environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
