Working for a global technology company we are looking for an experienced GTM Manager for Promotions & Data to join this fast growing and dynamic area of their business.

The GTM Manager for promotions and data is the local business group leader and subject matter expert who drives attainment of the billed revenue and unit targets, profitably, through-partner / direct sales programs and incentives in addition to managed accounts data analysis.

The key behaviors to succeed in the Promotions GTM Manager role are:

  • Entrepreneurial - You will be in the driving seat to drive positive business impact, able to use external business factors & customer/competitive insight, i.e., market data, to input into the promotion's strategy.
  • Naturally curious - You will naturally question, explore, agitate, and push the business forward. Take risks, learn from failures, operate within ambiguity and at pace.
  • Commercially competent - You will be confident with Microsoft Excel and ideally PowerBi, able to build trackers, understand commercials, be able to build commercial modelling (with margins/gross profit, etc.). You will be able to review and analyse data, understand its meaning and be able to influence the data to drive improved/different outcomes. You will be accountable for spend management and will be seen as the analytics expert in the team.
  • Outstanding communicator - You will be able to work across complex v-teams, take complex systems and simplify. You will be able to adapt your approach to different audiences & influence senior stakeholders to obtain buy in and will be able to work with partners to present plans and problem solve.

Your responsibilities as GTM Manager - Promotions/ Data include:?

Plan:

  • Lead the subsidiary efforts to launch Devices and Accessories - ensuring pricing and promotions are aligned and ready for launch moments.
  • Conduct data analysis for managed customer lists and targeting for sellers.
  • Develop strong partnerships with cross-BG teams, Specialists and AE's, PDM's, Stores and external partners (distributers/ resellers) etc.
  • Collaborate with the Consumer team and EMEA commercial promo team to ensure that plans and offer strategy are aligned.?

Execute:

  • Deliver forecasting accuracy for Promotional spend on the devise by quarter, increasing portfolio sales and premium mix vs. budget.
  • Analyse pricing /FX changes and provide recommendations back to corporate on what's needed for the UK market
  • Provide summaries of monthly PC / AI market data from CONTEXT to the team.
  • Manage End-of-Life transitions during product launch periods - working closely with operations team, partner team and distributers to deplete supply.?
  • Analyse data for managed accounts and maintain data dashboards (PowerBi) for planning

Measure:

  • Accuracy of promotional spend by quarter
  • Billed Revenue. Increase commercial billed revenue aligned to promotions.
  • Drive a high premium mix.
  • Usage and outcome of tools and resources for sellers

Experience:

  • 3-5 years related experience
  • Experience in category roles or others that involve building promotions (this could be consumer experience who execute build and execute price promotion plans)
  • Experience in data analytics and implementing programmes

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Understand product advocacy and evangelism.?

  • Confident presenting work / plans to groups.
