I'm delighted to be working with a Newcastle based organisation as they recruit for a Senior Account Manager to join one of their busy teams on a permanent basis. This role is key in ensuring customer accounts are ran effectively and communication with customers is constantly improving.
Your new role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for a range of tasks and responsibilities such as:
- Management of various key accounts
- Ensuring customer records are accurately kept up to date
- Generating leads and new business
- Improving customer communications and managing relationships
- Hitting various KPIs
- Preparing for and attending various meetings

- Previous experience within a similar role
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
