Customer Service Adviser - South Oxfordshire
Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for our client based in South Oxfordshire.
No sector experience is required for the role and full training will be provided.
Salary: £24,000
Hours: Mon- Fri 9am - 5pm ( 1 weekend in 4, with two days off during the week)
_Duties: _
- Taking inbound customer service calls on behalf of our partners
- Providing advice and guidance to the caller based on the nature of their enquiry
- Creating a case file for each enquiry
- Liaising with the senior leadership team
- Gathering feedback from customer to discuss their experience and communicating this with all stakeholders
- Remaining on hand and in touch with customers and providing support when required
- Maintaining case notes within our CRM software
- Ad-Hoc market research and mystery shopping projects
- Office-based team role with daily KPIs and SLA targets to achieve
_Requirements: _
- Customer Service experience is a massive advantage, however, training will be given
- Confident in speaking with people over the telephone Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time and solve problems when they occur
- Good communication skills, both written and verbally
- IT literate
